Brittle wiring

Excellent replacement
The wiring that VW put in the headlight enclosures was woefully undersized and didn't have a thick insulation for being pretty much in an oven. The replacements from AARodriguez are far above OE and should last much longer than the OE. Replacement was an easy task and each light was replaced in about 10 minutes once the headlamp was removed. I'd buy them again if I needed to!

Heavy duty headlight harness
Didn't install this myself , so I can't comment on the plug and play aspect. However, it appears much more substantially overbuilt compared to the OE harness which was coming apart after 15 years of bulb changes.
