Tuned sprinter
It's been almost 4 years since I installed the Sprinter Economy package. I love it! Much better acceleration and driveability. I've put 115,000 miles on since installing this kit and my running MPG average is 21.5.

2013 MB sprinter DEF problems
I’m from NY stranded in Atlanta because of DEF problems and 10 remaining starts. Staff quickly answered all my Emails/questions and were able to help me get back on the road in a matter of a few hours. Very happy with your product and thanks for the TShirt. I appreciate your help and professionalism.

My Sprinter can finally breathe
Vehicle: 2014 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2.1L 2500 Passenger. Start countdown at 0 due to NoX system. The install was straight forward. Although, I would recommend already possessing a relatively mechanical mind. You may have to get creative with the install from time to time. I got the two resonators and it sounds and runs great! The fuel mileage really hasn’t changed. Maybe a tiny increase. The torque has increased significantly from 1st-3rd. The removal of the stock system has made me respect it a little more as the exhaust fumes are now pretty intense. If the wind is blowing the wrong way while idling you’re going to get gassed out. Perhaps a CAT would be a good idea for some. The only thing that I would change would be the removal of the governor. I removed mine and have had some trouble with over boosting over 80mph. As long as I stay under 80 I have no problems. Just leave the governor on. It really doesn’t seem to run well over 80mph. The exhaust isn’t spewing out plumes of smoke. It runs clear. It simply smells like a forklift or a tractor now. I made the right choice. My van is happy and treats me well now. No more beeping and check engine lights.

Installation and first 1000 mile impressions.
The installation although straightforward was a bit involved, especially the connections to the turbo flange. To facilitate that part of the install I removed the AC intake box and most of the engine coverings but that was not a problem since I needed to replace the diesel fuel filter anyway. Two persons are definitely needed to make the connection to the turbo. You will need somebody to hold the downtube up against the turbo flange well as being connected are used liberal amounts of high temp anti-seize at that connection which facilitated the clamping the effectiveness. The hangers on the resonator pipes could stand to be a little shorter as it stands with the current Length of the hangers the tail pipe has a slight downward angle so I ended up taking out 3/8” from the front hanger and 1” from the rear hanger to bring the angle of the tail pipe back to the stock location. Also, I think it would fit better if the S bend in the second resonator section was left out. It would make it a cleaner install. Reinstalling the dash and the CPU was very simple and straightforward. The start countdown is gone. As for the Tune, I’m completely pleased with the performance,. Although I didn’t do any before and after Dyno analysis, my seat of pants perception is that the acceleration Is improved. The first 1000 miles averaged 20.3 mpg over rolling hills with about 1200 lb. payload. As recommended, I removed all the sensores. Instead of removing the ADDBLUE tank, I removed the guts from inside the tank, washed and decontaminated the tank. I plumbed a 12 RV water pump to the drain line. So now I have onboard water for camping.

Amazing!!!!
It runs so much smoother and it doesn't seem possible how much more power it unlocked.... People do double-takes when I'm passing them getting on the freeway because they can't believe how a tall 177 wheelbase sprinter is out accelerating them.........

Dpf delete
Very smooth process and the result is great. Not only I now get 20+ mpg loaded on my 2018 extended v6 but I also know that my engine is not being suppressed and over worked thanks to AAR. Unfortunately they didn't have the stage 2 race upgrade but it’s ok I can wait.
