Note: This wiring harness is only for the basic oem headlight. It does not replace the wiring harness for headlights with fog lights, halos, motors, or any other extra features. If your oem harness does not look identical to the one pictured, please contact us before ordering. 

Special Note: Even though the 9004 and the 9007 bulb look very similar, they are wired different.

Use of the wrong bulb will cause a short and will void the warranty on this harness.

Use only the recommended bulb for your car.

Volkswagen does not sell a replacement wiring harness for MKIV Jetta headlights, but now we do.

We sell Genuine VW parts and tried to buy a replacement harness from VW but found out they do not sell it.

We have tracked down all the correct connectors and terminals from the OEM suppliers and hired a contractor here in the USA to assemble them
according to our engineers specifications.

Although they feature all the same terminals and connectors we have made improvements to the VW version. 

First of all, you will notice the white Molex connector wired to the blue Delphi headlight socket.

This allows for very easy installation. In fact, without this connector, you would have to

completely disassemble the headlight to install the wiring harness.

The second difference is the wire that we use.

We use only Ancor marine quality wire in our Jetta Headlight Wiring Harness.

The wire is a heavier gauge, 16awg instead of the standard VW 18awg.

In addition, the insulation of the wire is designed to withstand years of oil, water, and heat.

It will not crack off like the oem wire.

We include a 5 year warranty with our wiring harness.
